Hello! I'm Tara Harmon and my passion is helping others to feel their best both physically and emotionally utilizing a variety of movement practices including Pilates, stretch, dance, MELT Method techniques, and aromatherapy.

I teach a blend of classical and contemporary Pilates methods. Every body is unique so my goal is to tailor sessions to your individual needs. I like to incorporate stretching and movement techniques to provide a comprehensive overall body workout.
At my core, I am a dancer. I've studied various classical and non-classical forms of dance throughout my entire life and started teaching and apprenticing in my late teens. My current dance passion is focused in a space where women are empowered through sensual movement. I teach at a local studio where our team is dedicated to helping others find their beautiful, sexy selves!
