What is MELT Method® (MELT®)?
A simple self-care treatment that can reduce chronic pain and stuck stress. The method uses a mixture of balls, a small band (for a bunion treatment), and soft foam rollers to bring circulation to connective tissue that can become compromised through daily living - whether it be emotional or physical. The science and research behind this method is astounding and the regular practice of it truly brings results. I speak from personal experience!

How do you teach the MELT Method®?
I like to incorporate it into my Pilates routine before we get started. There are several treatments you can do on the hands and feet that help my clients to perform better during their workout. Sometimes a client needs a little more MELT® attention, so we'll incorporate more treatments into their workout.
I can also teach MELT® on its own in a private session, or in a small class environment. Sessions and classes are typically 55-minutes.
How much do you charge for teaching MELT®?
It depends! I can work with you at my studio space, another studio space, or in your home either in person or via video chat. Contact me and let's chat about it!
